Roq, Yes if you meet the requirements then you can get in. We have a few players from the west coast that play on a reqular basis. I'd say put in app or contact a represenitive in game and go from there. Hanibal

What Bengal was trying to say is by not allowing t2 mods you take certain ship out of the game. For example with a Stabber and t2 barage you can hit out to nearly 30km doing 247dps (all lvl 5 skills but I'm making a point) With only T1 you can mearly reach to 23 with cabon lead at 94 dps. As you can see using the same ship set up and all skills at 5 there is a massive difference between t2 and t1. Allowing a ship such as the stabber to have more of a fighting chance. Bengal if this is not what you were implementing please correct me. ...
